Website content and artwork
The website contains information, images, photographs, artwork, text, designs and other material relating to my artistic practice and products.
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and information are accurate. However:

Images may not represent the precise appearance of an artwork or product in person.
Handmade and naturally dyed materials may contain variations in colour, texture and surface.
Dimensions and product details may be subject to minor variations, where stated.
These natural and material variations are part of the character of the work and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
Original artworks
Original artworks are individual works and may differ in appearance from photographs displayed on the website.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description:
Each original artwork is sold as a single, individual work.
Availability is subject to change.
An artwork is not reserved until an order has been accepted.
Framing, mounting and presentation details will be stated in the relevant product description where applicable.
Ownership of the physical artwork transfers in accordance with the applicable sale and delivery terms. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with me unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Purchasing an original artwork does not automatically give you the right to reproduce, publish, modify or commercially exploit the artwork.
Product prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.
I reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that I have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Prices displayed include UK VAT.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Placing and accepting an order
When you place an order through the website:
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when I accept your order, unless otherwise stated.
I may be unable to accept an order in circumstances including:
The product being unavailable.
An obvious pricing or description error.
A suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction.
An inability to deliver to the address provided.
If I cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, I will arrange an appropriate refund.

Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.
These may include payment cards and other payment services made available through Squarespace and its payment providers.
The payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout and may change over time.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Third party fulfilment
Certain products, including selected prints, may be produced and fulfilled by a third party.
When you purchase a product fulfilled by a third party:
Relevant order information is sent to the third party.
The third party produces the product.
The third party packages the product.
The third party ships the product directly to you.
The third party’s own production and fulfilment processes may affect production and delivery times.
The third party’s internal policies do not remove or limit any statutory rights you may have against me as the seller under applicable consumer law.

Delivery times vary according to the product, destination, fulfilment process and delivery service.
Estimated delivery information will be provided on the designated shipping page, relevant product listing, at checkout or in your order communication where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside my reasonable control, including customs processing, courier delays or adverse events.
International delivery and customs charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and related charges.
International deliveries may also be subject to customs inspections or delays.
Risk and ownership
Responsibility for the product passes to you when you, or a person identified by you, receives the product, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment has been received and the product has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
I do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases beyond the rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
However, statutory cancellation rights and consumer protections may apply to online purchases.
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers will generally have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Certain legal exceptions may apply, including to goods that are genuinely personalised or made to the customer's specifications.
The fact that a product is made to order does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including rights relating to products that are:

Damaged
Misdescribed

I will assess the issue and provide any remedy required under applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me as soon as reasonably possible if:
The product has been damaged during delivery.
You have received an incorrect product.
The product does not match its description.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
This request helps me investigate the issue with the fulfilment or delivery provider. It does not restrict your statutory rights.
